Current and prelaunch information
MarketBrug may publish dated retail prices for supplier-listed plants while garden systems and connected features remain in development. A listing is not a guarantee of supplier stock, MarketBrug-owned inventory, delivery, plant performance or acceptance of a request.
Interest and plant requests
Joining early access or sending a plant request is non-binding. Plant availability, the $35 plant minimum, substitutions, applicable tax, delivery cost and the final total must be confirmed before payment. No inventory is reserved and no payment is collected through marketbrug.com. If MarketBrug can fulfill a request, payment is handled separately through Square or another identified provider.
Plant availability, substitutions and payment
Weekly availability is dated and may change before supplier confirmation. MarketBrug will follow the substitution preference submitted with the request and will not charge for a replacement the customer has not approved. The itemized Square invoice or payment link identifies the confirmed items, prices, tax and delivery charge. Any invoice expiration, cancellation or refund terms will be presented before payment.
Delivery and plant condition
Delivery is offered only after MarketBrug confirms the ZIP code, access requirements, timing and fee. Customers should review plant condition promptly at delivery and report a material concern using the contact information provided with the confirmed order. Living plants naturally vary in size, appearance and future performance; no survival, harvest or fruiting result is guaranteed.
Education, gardening and technology information
Website content is general educational information. Growing outcomes vary with weather, water, soil, pests, care and other conditions. Content is not a guarantee of plant survival, harvest, water savings, health outcomes or technology performance.
The shop plant-match guide combines catalog rules with optional AI-assisted recommendations. Results are limited to current listings but may be incomplete or mistaken. Customers remain responsible for checking sunlight, space, container, support and care needs; MarketBrug can review uncertain conditions before confirming an order. The guide does not autonomously control watering or replace observation and human judgment.
Separate shop
Plant pre-orders are placed separately at shop.marketbrug.com. Adding an item to the cart or submitting checkout does not reserve inventory, create an accepted order or collect payment. MarketBrug reviews supplier availability, quantities, the delivery address and applicable tax before accepting the pre-order.
Local delivery is calculated using Google driving distance from MarketBrug's configured origin in the 78726 area. The initial delivery schedule is $7.50 through 10 driving miles plus $5.00 for each additional started five-mile interval, with a current maximum of 20 miles. MarketBrug may change the origin, fees, distance intervals or maximum service area prospectively through shop settings; the amount shown on the confirmed invoice governs a particular order.
If MarketBrug can fulfill the pre-order, Square emails an itemized invoice. The customer confirms the order for delivery by paying that invoice before its deadline. MarketBrug may cancel an unpaid invoice, reject a pre-order, adjust requested quantities with customer approval, or refund an unavailable item. Delivery scheduling begins after payment is recorded.
Google Ads tool
MarketBrug's Google Ads API tool is an internal, non-public utility for MarketBrug's own authorized Google Ads account. It is not offered to website visitors. Authorized users are responsible for reviewing changes and complying with Google's applicable terms.
Permitted website use
You may use this website for lawful informational purposes. You may not interfere with the site, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, impair the site through automated access, misrepresent your identity, or violate another person's rights.
Intellectual property
The MarketBrug name, branding, website design, text, graphics and original content are owned by MarketBrug or used with permission and are protected by applicable law.
Third-party services and links
Third-party services are governed by their own terms and policies. MarketBrug is not responsible for third-party availability, security, content or practices.
Disclaimer and limitation
The website is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, MarketBrug disclaims implied warranties and will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from website use.
