Internal Google Ads account management tool

Purpose and users

MarketBrug is developing an internal, non-public software utility to help authorized MarketBrug personnel view and manage MarketBrug's own Google Ads account. The tool supports MarketBrug's internal business advertising. It is not a client-facing product, is not available for public sign-up, and is not part of MarketBrug's U.S. representation services.

Current and intended functions

• Authenticate an authorized MarketBrug user through Google OAuth.
• Retrieve Google Ads account, campaign, configuration, and performance-reporting data.
• Review campaign status, budgets, targeting, keywords, ads, recommendations, and results.
• Create or update campaign settings and related Google Ads resources when an authorized user intentionally initiates an action.
• Support internal reporting, troubleshooting, and account administration.

Data access and control

The tool requests the Google Ads OAuth scope (https://www.googleapis.com/auth/adwords) because Google Ads reporting and account-management functions use that scope. Access is limited to Google Ads accounts that an authorized MarketBrug user explicitly permits. MarketBrug does not sell Google user data or use it for an undisclosed purpose.

Authorization can be revoked at any time through the connected user's Google Account permissions. Requests concerning access or deletion may be sent to admin@marketbrug.com.
